Bei medizinisch notwendigen Transporten von einem Spital in ein anderes sind die Transportkos¬ten unter DRG in den Kostengewichten der Pauschalen inbegriffen, da es sich um anrechenbare Kosten laut KVG (KVV Art. 33, Abschnitt g) handelt. Sie können somit nicht extra in Rechnung gestellt werden. Dies gilt für den OKP wie auch für den VVG-Bereich."
