Pourrait peut-être faire l'affaire parce que terme assez passe-partout/générique qui semble avoir cours en Suisse aussi.
Voir lien, exemple trouvé dans une "Ordonnance de non-entrée en matière (injures et menaces homophobes)"
Sinon, visé par une plainte / faisant l'objet d'une plainte, ça mange pas de pain...

Ja, offensichtlich wird jemand schon als prévenu bezeichnet, wenn die Anzeige nur einigermaßen begründet erscheint:

"Le prévenu est la personne qui est soupçonnée d'avoir commis une infraction à la suite d’une dénonciation, d’une plainte ou d’un acte de procédure accompli par une autorité pénale. Il doit participer en personne au procès dans les cas où il est soupçonné d’avoir commis un crime ou un délit ou lorsque le juge l’ordonne..."

Im zweiten Link, ebenfalls Kanton Waadt, erscheint noch der merkwürdigerweise nicht abgegrenzte Begriff "accusé", der m.E. aber nicht passen kann. Ich kenne das CH Strafrecht nicht besonders, daher nur CL2. Hoffe, es hilft schon mal weiter!
