Der OP-Tisch bewegt sich nach einer kuren Anfahrtssequenz automatisch in Richtung Kopfende.

Il s'agit d'un passage sur le déplacement d'une table d'opération. Pour "kuren", je pense qu'il faut lire "kurzen". Sinon pour "Kopfende", j'imagine que ça veut dire que c'est le côté de la table où le patient pose sa tête qui sera en avant, mais je ne trouve pas les termes exacts pour tourner ça correctement.
