selon la terminoligie fournie par le client, headset est traduit par kit piéton.
j ai un gros doute.
je traduirais plutôt par prise pour casque/ écouteurs.

Si le client dit ça, je ne me risquerais pas à le contredire... Headset désigne généralement un casque, ce qui n'est pas incompatible avec un kit piéton ou kit mains-libres, surtout sur un téléphone portable ou l'on branche rarement un casque :)

je viens de trouver une page Web avec kit piéton et il s'avère que ce kon appelle un kit piéton = des écouteurs.

Si le client dit ça, je ne me risquerais pas à le contredire... Headset désigne généralement un casque, ce qui n'est pas incompatible avec un kit piéton ou kit mains-libres, surtout sur un téléphone portable ou l'on branche rarement un casque :)
