Il semble qu'il s'agit ici plus d'un vin qui a du caractère, de la "fougue" : un vin jeune ..!?
(la "finesse" étant plus une qualité d'un vin avec plus de "bouteille"..)
Si oui, j'opterais plutôt pour : un vin au caractère audacieux..
