ho trovato i due termini in un vecchio dizionario Sansoni, anche se lodevole mi sembra più appropriato (ma forse non per l'epoca in questione)

ho trovato un sito della scuola in svizzera, in ted e ita, in cui parlavano di alumni reunion, specificando incontro ex-allievi, per cui ho optato alla fin fine. e come suggerito da Regina, ho usato onorevole per cercare di mantenere il tono 'altisonante' utilizzato dall'originale (arcaico!!) Grazie mille a tutti
