Alla moglie che prende il nome del marito (ma il verbo avrebbe dovuto essere coniugato alla terza persona) oppure ad entrambi i coniugi?

Suona strano se si usa l'espressione "prendere il nome" che sarebbe "den Namen XXX annehmen", perchè - come giustamente detto - è chiaro che uno dei due coniugi abbia già quel cognome.

La frase però dice che "entrambi i coniugi portano il cognome coniugale XXX".

Suona strano se si usa l'espressione "prendere il nome" che sarebbe "den Namen XXX annehmen", perchè - come giustamente detto - è chiaro che uno dei due coniugi abbia già quel cognome.

La frase però dice che "entrambi i coniugi portano il cognome coniugale XXX".
