In Italien gibt es keine offizielle 'traduttori giurati' wie in Deutschland, in Italien wird man bei Gericht des eigenen Wohnsitz 'beeidigt', miti einer viel einfacheren Prozedur (leider leider Gottes...), erst dann wird mann 'eingetragen' im «albo dei periti del Tribunale» - als periti gelten aber auch viele andere Freuberufler (Landmesser, Archtekten, Aerzte undundund). Ich bin zB 'traduttrice giurata' beim Gericht Civitavecchia (Rom), weil ich im dortigen «albo dei periti» eingetragen bin. Hab aber keinen Stempel, wie meine Kollegen in der BRD, darf auch nur in Ausnahmefällen und mit Extra-genehmigung in einem anderen Gericht arbeiten (zB falls sie niemanden f. Deutsch haben... |
