Die Vertragsparteien werden bei der vertraulichen Behandlung der Informationen die gleiche Sorgfalt anwenden, die sie bei der Behandlung eigener vertraulicher Informationen anwenden.

Für den Fall der Mitteilung etwaiger schutzrechtsfähiger Ergebnisse behalten sich die Vertragsparteien alle Rechte hinsichtlich eventueller späterer Schutzrechte vor.
