Secondo me si tratta di questo. Inoltre, credo che in questo caso si intenda proprio l'acquisizione delle fatture, dato che Rechnungserfassung anche in SAP viene tradotto con *acquisizione fattura*.

Aufwand è spesso un impiego/dispendio di tempo ma qui dovrebbe riferisse all\'impiego di soldi, quindi alle spese

e se questo billpay serve a fargliere risparmiare...
