XXX sta per fantasie, colori, decori di pannelli.

Bozza. ... che le rappresentazioni delle fantasie non possono essere cromaticamente accurate a causa delle diverse impostazioni possibili del monitor.

E' troppo libera? A me sembra che il senso sia questo e che la versione originale sia ripetitiva.
