Si tratta di un manuale d'istruzioni per una gru di bordo. Non capisco bene il significato di "Katz", forse è inteso un carrello. A rigor di logica mi sembra il meccanismo di guida del carrello, oppure è semplicemente un carrello meccanico o elettrico, non capisco

Fahrwerk è da intedersi come carrello o anche come telaio (vale però più per le auto).
"am Katzfahrwerk" potrebbe voler dire solo applicato "al/del/sul carrello" o più specificatamente al telaio di questo. Vedi un po' tu dal contesto.
Carrello è comunque corretto.
