Die Gartenplatten beim Kongresshaus Biel sind ca. 2.50 m x 2.50 m gross und bestehen aus ca. 14 cm dickem Waschbeton. Die Ecken der Gartenplatten liegen zur Stabilisierung jeweils auf kleinen Einzelfundamenten auf. Diese bestehen aus einem ausbetonierten Zementrohr von 40 cm Durchmesser und stehen auf einem Beton-Fundamentfuss von ca. 0.50 m x 0.50 m. Die Fundament-Tiefe beträgt ca. -0.80 m ab OK Gartenplatten.
