Non capisco la differenza tra questi termini. Ecco il contesto:
Das Grundstück befindet sich in C-Strasse Nr. 17, Stadt.
Für die Baustellentransporte steht die "C-Strasse" am südlichen Rand des Baugrundstückes zur Verfügung.
Alle An- und Abtransporte müssen über den Verkehrskreisel westlich des Baugrundstückes (Kreisel "C-Strasse /T-Strasse / V-Strasse") bedient werden.
Während der gesamten Bauzeit müssen Geschäfts- und Lieferverkehr sowie An- und Abfahrten der MitarbeiterInnen über die "C-Strasse", östlich der Baustelle gelegene Bestandsgebäude gewährleistet werden.

Io capisco (in breve):
L’accesso dei mezzi al cantiere è a sud attraverso C-Strasse.
I trasporti devono essere serviti dalla rotatoria a ovest del sito.
L'accesso ai fornitori, partner commerciali e ai dipendenti deve essere garantito dalla C-Strasse, a est degli edifici situati in cantiere.

Intendo che si parla della gestione della viabilità nel cantiere, però non sono per nulla convinta. Qualcuno ha traduzioni più precise dei termini Baustellentransporte, An- und Abtransporte, Geschäfts- und Lieferverkehr?
