Se avete viaggiato saprete che non esiste solo la spezia "curry", ma che per tale s'intende una miscela delle spezie seguenti: "La formulazione classica del curry comprende pepe nero, cumino, coriandolo, cannella, curcuma, ma anche chiodi di garofano, zenzero, noce moscata, fieno greco, peperoncino". Quindi il termine "curry" è sinonimo di tutto un insieme di spezie.
"Ketchup aromatizzato con / al curry" --> l'ho proposta io da tempo nella Discussione. "Ketchup speziato al curry" e/o "ketchup al curry con spezie" --> è invece errato, in quanto il "curry" è una "spezia", come da me specificato fin dall'inzio nei miei link.
già, infatti sin dall'inizio mi è sorto il dubbio e ho scirtto "Ketchup speziato al curry" nel senso di "Ketchup al curry"!!! volevo solo spiegarmi, cioè Ketchup aromatizzato al curry e null'altro (no altre spezie e tantomeno erbe aromatiche!
... soltanto ketchup al curry... der Markführer in Deustchland (Hela) bezeichnet alle Ketchup-Sorten als Gewürzketchup, egal mit welchen Zusätzen/in welcher Geschmacksrichtung. Es geht dabei nur um die besondere Würzung und nicht um Gewürze. Daher sind die *spezie* in der Übersetzung fehlt am Platz .... trotz der wunderbaren Erläuterungen zum Thema Curry/spezie ...
1. "Currygewürz-" indica semplicemente una miscela di aromi, sale e curry. Nella mia spiegazione ho specificato, mediante due brevi link, che il "curry" è una "spezia", quindi la successiva Risposta di un altro traduttore "ketchup al curry con spezie" è da considerarsi errata. 3. "Ketchup con curry e erbe aromatiche" rappresenta un suggerimento e non un'invenzione del traduttore... Sicuramente è un interpretazione più corretta di "ketchup al curry con spezie", dove "Currygewürz(mischungen)-" è tradotto erroneamente con "al curry con spezie".

Hierunter können Ingwer, Cayenne- und schwarzer Pfeffer, Paprikapulver, Piment, Macis, Nelken, Bockshornklee und Zimt fallen. Unter Umständen wird sogar Salz hinzugefügt. In Indien werden aus Kostengründen sogar gemahlene Hülsenfrüchte untergemengt. Kurkuma ist aber unbedingt nötig, da dieses Gewürz für die gelbe Farbe sorgt. "Ketchup al curry con spezie" non è comunque la traduzione corretta per "Currygewürz-Ketchup", essendo il curry stesso una spezia... "Currygewürz" indica semplicemente una miscela di aromi e curry. Insomma, si tratta semplicemente di: "Ketchup aromatizzato con curry". L'espressione da me suggerita - "ketchup con curry ed erbe aromatiche" - lo rende più appetitoso, dando un'idea di freschezza.
