Parlerei di lingua di istruzione per Unterrichts-, ma per gli altri due termini qual è l'espressione più appropriata? Grazie in anticipo.

Ci provo con una piccola proposta, direi: "... il diritto ad utilizzare la propria lingua nel settore dell'istruzione (non specificano cosa come quindi non si potrebbe mettere negli "istituti scolastici", nelle pubblicazioni scritte o in occasione di eventi quali assemblee (o anche riunioni...)"
