Il periodo è molto complesso. Ho difficoltà nella resa di questa parola. Io l'ho tradotta con "istituzioni". Potete gentilmente dirmi se secondo voi la traduzione di tutto il periodo è corretta? Ho in particolare avito difficoltà nel collegare la principale "... standen die Tricoteuses in herausragender Weise für den Umsturz", con quel "Wie die Poissardes („Fischweiber“) des Zugs...." iniziale.

"Wie die Poissardes („Fischweiber“) des Zugs nach Versailles am. Oktober 1789 und die Blanchisseuses („Weißwäscherinnen“) der Preisunruhen am 25. Februar 1793, die ebenfalls aus der Kleinbürger- und Arbeiterschicht stammten und – worauf Chaumettes Dekret hinweist – wenigstens teilweise mit ihnen identisch waren, standen die Tricoteuses in herausragender Weise für den Umsturz, da sie neben der alten Ordnung auch die Geschlechterordnung bedrohten, die selbst die Revolutionsbehörden nicht in Frage stellten und mit dem Verbot politischer Frauenvereinigungen am 30. Oktober 1793 ausdrücklich schützten."

Le Tricoteuses, non avendo messo in discussione le istituzioni della rivoluzione e avendole sostenute apertamente il 30 ottobre 1793 insieme alla proibizione delle associazioni politiche femminili, incarnarono magistralmente il simbolo della Rivoluzione, poiché oltre al vecchio ordine minacciarono anche l’ordine tra i sessi, come le pescivendole del corteo dirette a Versailles nell’Ottobre del 1789 e le lavandaie dei tumulti scoppiati a seguito dell’aumento dei prezzi il 25 Febbraio del 1793, che appartenevano alla piccola borghesia e alla classe operaia e furono quasi identiche a loro- come fa notare il decreto Chaumett

letteralmente.
il senso della frase: le tricoteuses erano assolutamente a favore del sovvertimento dell'ordine sociopolitico esistente, analogamente alle poissardes e alle blanchisseuses che, almeno sino a un certo punto, appartenevano alla stessa categoria, classe sociale delle tricoteuses. cioè, le tre categorie erano più o meno assimilabili tra loro.

agree  Zea_Mays: agree per la traduzione. si potrebbe aggiungere che l'ordine sociopolitico non era stato in messo discussione nemmeno dalle Forze o Autorità Rivoluzionarie;non risulta che le tricoteuse appoggiassero la messa al bando delle associazioni femminili.
