è "la ricostruzione dell'esercito" ma non capisco cosa c'entra con il resto della frase:

" Tatsächlich hatte das Deutsche Rote Kreuz vom neuen Regime viel Positives zu erwarten: die gesteigerte Bedeutung des Sanitätsdienstes beim Wiederaufbau der Wehrmacht, aber auch die zu erwartende Unterstützung durch den Staat bei der Förderung der "Volksgesundheit" waren Motivationen, den neuen Staat zu begrüßen und sich in dessen Organizatorische Vorgaben zu integrieren".

....non capisco cosa c'entri la ricostuzione dell'esercito con il valore più spirituale del servizio sanitario...
