alternativa, anche se (come da agree) trovo che "spaccatimpani" sia la soluzione migliore in questo caso,

Secondo me "Schlampe" non indica sciatteria, ma è epiteto offensivo che sta per "stronza" (equivalente dell'inglese "bitch"). Nel caso "stronza" fosse troppo forte, ho aggiunto "befana" e "megera", ma se la donna è giovane non sono adattissimi...
