Asker: ho visto che Eingenbehalt veniva tradotto in rete con franchigia, nel resto del contratto parla però sempre di Selbstbehalt (che ho reso con franchigia in quanto era un'importo e non con scoperto) - e qui si tratta della quota che mette a dispozione l'assicuratore .... ; capacità poi non so, l'ho cercato, ma non ho trovato riscontri in rete in contesti analoghi.
