se sussiste un diritto a prestazioni Explanation: Io tralascerei l'aggettivo "konkurrierende", che abbinato a "Leistungen" ha solo due occorrenze su internet (www.verom.ch). Il senso è fondamentalmente il seguente: Se sussiste un diritto a prestazioni ai sensi della LAINF/LAM, XY (l'istituto per il quale stai traducendo) versa al massimo le prestazioni (minime) obbligatorie secondo la LPP.
