In diesem Fall wird zwischen Xxxxxxx und dem XXXX ein Spezialvertrag mit einem Teil Rahmenvertrag abgeschlossen, auf dessen Basis ein selbständiger Anschlussvertrag mit XXX Schweiz erstellt werden kann.
