Asker: 'Purché' è l'accezione principale del termine ma avrebbe senso se la principale contenesse un'eccezione all'obbligo di riservatezza, ossia se concedesse all'imprenditore l'uso delle informazioni ad una determinata condizione, appunto a condizione di non violare il diritto d'autore (che poi dovrebbe essere quello della controparte, non quello dell'imprenditore stesso!).
