Il risultato immagino sia un tappeto di spessore irregolare, per questo direi *tutto ondulato* e il feltro? penso faccia riferimento alle caratteristiche del feltro, che è allo stesso tempo morbido e compatto Riassumendo: nella definizione anch'io tralascerei "incollato" perchè disturba la frase.
