German term or phrase: operieren
This text is a Quality Control text applied to the health system. It is about "Prozessablauf", "Validierung", "Verkaufsfreigabe", and so on.
I'm asking help with two phrases, where this verb is used.
The writing is contained in a chart. Therefore no more context is available than what I'm giving you.
One is "Nachvalidierung, Autor operiert" and the other is "Multizentrischer Einsatz? - ja - Kliniken operieren" These are different stages of the process.
What is the correct translation in yr. opinion?

Italian translation:effettuata/eseguita/a cura di
Explanation:
Autor operiert = effettuata/seguita/a cura dell'autore/dell'operatore
Kliniken operieren = secondo me è lo stesso effettuata o a cura delle cliniche/dell'ospedale
E' un'idea ovviamente. Aspettiamo se vengono delle conferme o delle smentite dagli altri Colleghi.
Buon lavoro !
Manuela
