Si tratta di un testo di marketing. Non riesco a capire il significato: Il promotore finanziario (che è soggetto della frase) perché mai dovrebbe far cambiare opionine al cliente, se questo si trova già in uno stato di Uebereinstimmung?

Io la interpreto così: il promotore deve far cambiare idea al cliente su una determinata questione favorendo/creando un clima d'intesa, d'empatia, di fiducia che facilita appunto la convizione del primo.

Io la interpreto così: il promotore deve far cambiare idea al cliente su una determinata questione favorendo/creando un clima d'intesa, d'empatia, di fiducia che facilita appunto la convizione del primo.
