Explanation:
Non penso che questo termine possa essere tradotto pedissequamente in italiano, per questo motivo lo lascerei così... perché è di questo che si tratta, una legge federale che, a differenza delle altre, deve essere espressamente disciplinata dalla Grundgesetz e che riguarda dei precisi rami amministrativi di un certo ente di un certo Land tedesco. Allego la pagina di Wikipedia e l'articolo della Costituzione tedesca che menziona l'Auftragsverwaltung. Spero possa essere d'aiuto :)
