German term or phrase: flachbogig
Flachbogige linkskonvexe Skoliose der HWS

Scoliosi sinistro-convessa della colonna cervicale.

Tuttavia non riesco a tradurre "flachbogige". Ho visto che l'equivalente inglese è segmetally-arched, ma non trovo lo stesso il corretto traducente in italiano.

Explanation:
Ho il sospetto che la versione inglese non sia propriamente corretta, e nemmeno il corrispondente proposto per l'italiano, visti i link indicati come riferimento. Suppongo che invece si voglia intendere semplicemente il carattere poco pronunciato della curva, per questa scoliosi.

Nel frattempo ho trovato che la "flachbogige Skoliose" è indicata come forma M41.99 nell'International Classification of Diseases ICD-10-GM. Potresti postare una domanda su questo sito http://www.skoliose-info-forum.de/viewtopic.php?t=4584, almeno per capirne la definizione, cioè se questa sorta di "arco ribassato" è quantificabile in un intervallo di gradi (Cobb, magari?). Ci fai sapere, poi?
