Die Messung des Helium-FRC ermöglicht die Bestimmung des Residual-Volumens RV, die Bestimmung der Funktionellen Residual-Kapazität FRC mit Hilfe der Einatemzugs-*Einwaschmethode* (Single breath) und damit die Bestimmung der TLC (totale Lungenkapazität).

In parentesi viene spiegato che si tratta del single breath, che corrisponde infatti a "Einatemzug", quello che non mi è chiaro è "Einwasch-".

Die deutsche Bezeichnung bezieht sich wohl auf das Beimischen des Gases, die italienische dagegen auf das nachfolgende Absinken der Helium-Konzentration. Das beschriebene Verfahren aber scheint mir dasselbe zu sein! (siehe letzter Link)
