Fondo termico Explanation: forse? Si tratta, come dice il nome, di un fondo che accumula calore e che viene "pressato" (incapsulato) sulla pentola. Qui trovi spiegazioni e pure delle foto: http://www.edv-reda.ch/de-ch/dept_38.html http://www.paul-murnau.de/profi-collection.htm Non sono sicura del termine però. Ho trovato invece un solo risultato per "fondo incapsulato".
