La cosa che però non devi perdere, a mio avviso, nella traduzione, è quel "plan". Quindi io opterei per macchina di taglio con matrice a base piana. Se fai una ricerca anche con google con "taglierina industriale", potrai trovare diversi siti (sotto ti ho messo il link della mia ricerca) e magari spulciando attraverso le varie definizioni, trovi quella che fa al caso tuo. Io ho lavorato per diversi anni in una casa editrice/litografia, e la macchina in questione l'abbiamo sempre chiamata "taglierina", tout court, senza altre aggiunte, ma torno a ripetere che in questo caso io non tralascerei il pezzettino "Plan". La taglierina a ghigliottina esiste ed è questa http://www.taglierine.net/soluzioni_ghigliottina.html, però è una macchinetta che possiamo comprarci tutti, mentre non vorrei che qui si riferisse davvero alla taglierina industriale.
