Das Einschaltverhalten kann durch die sogenannte **inverse Unterschwellensteigung** (S) beschrieben werden, die angibt, um wie viele Millivolt (mV) die Gatespannung erhöht werden muss, um den Ausgangsstrom (Ion) um eine Dekade (dec) zu erhöhen.
Der Anstrom (Drainstrom) für die Ausgestaltung mit gegendotierter Tasche steigt um fast zwei Größenordnungen in diesem Experiment an und die **inverse Unterschwellensteigung** S verbessert sich von 200 mV/dec auf 100 mV/dec.
