Aufgrund dessen hat die Mutter nun einen Antrag gem. §34 SGB VIII zwecks außerhäuslicher Unterbringung gestellt.
Im Fachteam ist eruiert worden, dass eine Unterbringung in einer SPL oder in einer Projektstellt für Xxxxxxx sinnvoll erscheint.
Trotz ihres jugendlichen Alters benötigt Xxxxxxx noch familiäre Strukturen um emotional nachwachsen und reifen zu können.
Hier macht die Unterbringung in Italien über die Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx erneut Sinn.
Es wird ein Antragsverfahren für Brüssel IIa eröffnet werden und bei positivem Bescheid kann Xxxxxxx zu Frau Xxxxxxxxxx nach Italien wechseln.

Si tratta di un documento riguardante un minore con problemi familiari che deve essere trasferito in Italia presso un'altra famiglia per un breve periodo di tempo.

Da quello che ho capito SPL sta per Sozialpädagogische Lebensgemeinschaft, non so se lasciarlo così o trovare il suo corrispettivo in italiano anche se penso che non ci siano questi servizi in Italia, almeno per quanto ne so. Inoltre ho molta difficoltà a tradurre Projektstelle (credo che Projektstellt non esista)

Io tradurrei in italiano SPL come comunità socio-pedagogica. La professione di educatore socio-pedagogico e centri di questo tipo esistono anche in Italia, per cui credo ci si possa affidare al termine in italiano senza correre il rischio di essere incompresi o fraintesi.
Projektstellt e’ la versione ridotta di una comunità socio-pedagogica (che solitamente accoglie fino a 10 minori) e solitamente accoglie da uno a tre bambini all’interno di una famiglia. In italiano si può tradurre come Casa Famiglia.
