secondo me non sono ancora "clienti" e nemmeno si tratta di una scheda anagrafica "dettagliata". Da come conosco le agenzie immobiliari, raccolgono i nomi delle persone che cercano una casa, per es. chi risponde a un annuncio, e mettono questi nomi in un file, poi li incrociano con chi affitta/vende. L'aggettivo "umfassend" si riferisce a Datei, cioè un ampio file; è il file che è ampio, la banca dati, nel senso che ci sono tanti nomi, non la scheda del "cliente".
