Sądzę, że doszło do pomyłki przy wysyłce. Nie miała być wysłana za pobraniem. Nie została opłacona przez odbiorcę i wróciła. Nadawca wysłał już darmowe przesyłki. Ja to tak rozumiem.

Asker: No właśnie odpowiedź nie jest chyba taka prosta. Bo w tym tekście chodzi o paczki wysyłane za pobraniem. A w tym samym zdaniu piszą o freie Pakete
