Der Promotor kann auch eine Nucleotidsequenz umfassen, die einen Minimalpromotor und

Ein Promotor kann auch DNA-Sequenzen enthalten, die an der Bindung von Proteinfaktoren beteiligt sind, die die Effizienz der Transkriptionsinitiation als Antwort auf physiologische oder entwicklungsbedingte Bedingungen kontrollieren.
