agree  skowronek: Myślę, że jeśli w tekście nie trzeba podawać oficjalnego tytułu (inż., mgr itd), to ta nazwa jest jak najbardziej okey.

Raczej w ten sposób, bez "chemii" - czego i sobie życzmy (tzn. żywności bez chemii :-))

Za Crannmerem: fakt, tu nie ma mowy o inżynierze. Zasadniczo jednak myślę, że do głosu dochodzi tu - jak w przypadku wielu innych tytułów, np. magisterskich - problem niepokrywania się toku studiów, kierunków itd. w Niemczech i Polsce. Stąd możliwe, że inżynier byłby i tak najbardziej stosowny (zresztą jak w sugestii Pytającej).
