Explanation:
Przy czym daję medium dlatego, że spotkałem się dotąd z piecami konwekcyjnymi i konwekcyjno-parowymi, co rzecz jasna nie wyklucza, że są w obiegu krąży termin piec do pizzy z termoobiegiem.
W am. ang. mamy convection oven, a w niemieckim Umluftherd, w br. eg. zaś fan-assisted oven.
