Profis machen aber offensichtlich auch noch einen Unterschied zwischen den verwendeten Stücken: Warenkunde Hackfleisch Schweinehack: wird meistens aus Brust und Bug oder Schulter angeboten und wird mit einem Fleischwolf zerkleinert. Es ist etwas fetter als Rinderhack, der Höchstfettgehalt beträgt 35%. Schweinemett: wird auch Thüringer Mett oder Hackepeter genannt.
