Recebi a indicação de que em contratos redigidos em língua alemã, uma sociedade (mbH) é sempre designada pelo masculino , ou seja, "der Gesellschafter X mbh/die X mbH ist Inhaber" em vez de "Gesellschafterin/Inhaberin". Como tenho muitas dúvidas a este respeito gostaria de saber se algum nativo alemão com experiência na área de contratos poderá esclarecer esta questão.

Die Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung, also feminin. Der Gesellschafter ist "o sócio", also völlig unterschiedlich. Trotzdem möchte ich darauf hinweisen, dass hierbei stets der Kontext ausschlaggebend ist!

Exactamente, feminino. Apenas fiquei um pouco na dúvida quando me disseram que nos contratos em alemão as sociedades são referidas no masculino (Gesellschafter). Mas relamente não faz sentido.
