Pensei em "poderes de representação" mas estou em dúvida se não devo traduzir como "forma de obrigar", uma vez que é assim que costuma aparecer em contratos pt. Ou seja em DE: "Sind mehrere Geschäftsführer bestellt ... durch zwei Geschäftsführer....vertreten." Em PT penso que será "Quando haja vários administradores, a sociedade obriga-se pela assinatura conjunta de dois gerentes.." Ou estarei a adaptar demasiado?
