Oi Constance, isto já tivemos aqui uma vez: Vorbefassung significa „impedimento de atuação em razão de interesse próprio eventualmente conflitante” (Ufff!!!)

Uma tradução 1 por 1 não existe. Trata-se de uma legislação alemão que se aplica a cartórios em que oficiais de cartórios são obrigados a confirmar que advogados que lá atuam e assumem atividades cartoriais (típico lá) não estejam impedidos de assinar documentos pelo cartório em causas em que sejam também representantes de uma das partes do processo. Isto tem que ser em cada caso verificado e declarado pelo próprio cartório.
