É de notar que o documento recorre várias vezes ao inglês, sendo que estou incerta se o termo "BO" é realmente alemão, visto não o conhecer.

Ich würde das nicht übersetzen, sondern den englischen Begriff in einer Fußnote oder Anmerkung ausschreiben.

Etwas nicht zu übersetzen, weil "man das so stehen lässt" (wie häufig als Begründung zu lesen), gefällt mir eigentlich überhaupt nicht. Aber im Wirtschaftskauderwelsch ist es wohl längst zu spät, dagegen anzugehen.
