O glossário oferece duas opções: "pistão seguidor" e "êmbolo". Não sei se se são termos para os mercados europeu e brasileiro (respetivamente). Mas o dicionário Infopedia também oferece "êmbolo" como tradução para "Kolben". Trata-se de uma bomba de lubrificação pneumática.
