| Reference: Encontrei isto, pode ser que ajude Reference information: *Was zur Hölle sind Lipos?* "Lipos ist eine spezielle Einheit, die eine Verbindung zwischen ihrem individuellen Energieverbrauch und der in den Mahlzeiten enthaltenen Energie herstellt." Oder auf Deutsch: Lipos sind das selbe wie z.B die WeightWatchers Punkte. Lipos sind Kalorien umgerechnet in Punkte sodass sie sich leichter zählen lassen.
