Die nächste Verlaufskontrolte fand dann 3 Wochen später statt, Wie vermutet zeigte sich im MRI ein entsprechendes Korrelat für eine radikulopathische CB Symptomatik. Es wurde deshalb eine Infiltration der C6 Wurzel geplant. Einen
Monat später berichtete der Patient dann, dass die Beschwerden durch die
Infiltration sich kurzfristig gebessert hatten. Atlerdings bestanden die
Beschwerden weiterhin* weshalb eine Operation besprochen wurde. Da der Patient eher zurückhaltend war, wurde die analgetische Therapie und physiotherapeutische Beübung fortgesetzt.
