Graças às vossas definições acabei por encontrar "esqui de aventura" e "esqui fora de pista" em http://inema.com.br/mat/idmat026661.htm. Embora eu seja um total desconhecedor da modalidade, estes parecem-me ser os termos equivalentes em PT. Muito obrigado aos dois.
