Herr Münzenmaier richtete mir aus, dass Herr Bachmaier mir selbstverständlich meine Mage nicht wegnehmen wolle und ich diese dann in Form einer Provision erhalten solle. Ich war damit einverstanden unter der Bedingung dass ich dann diese Provision statt meiner Mage bekomme. Ich habe dies Herrn Münzenmaier so kommuniziert und dieser hat es Herrn Bachmeier so kommuniziert. Im Anschluss habe ich meine Vertragsverhältnisse mit dem Kunden aufgelöst
