Sin embargo, ese <radiantemente> destroza un poco la expresión, y, por tanto escribiría: fresca, tersa y radiante Puesto que habría una gradación de significados positivos que va de lo más sencillo, fresca, claro la acabas de lavar; tersa, fantástico, limpia y lisa, y luego <radiante> que es una cualidad especial casi mágica, que sería la más importante, cualititativamente hablando.
