Es geht um Leistungstranformatoren und um den Punkt Buchholzrelé:
"Ein entscheidender Nachteil des Buchholzrelais liegt in seiner integrativen Messwertanzeige, die nur angibt, wie viel Gas seit der letzten Entlüftung entstanden ist, nicht jedoch die Historie der Gasentstehung. So können zum Beispiel lang anhaltende, aber dennoch energieschwache Fehler, wie z. B. Teilentladungen, zu einer kontinuierlichen Gasproduktion führen, während energiereiche Fehler, wie lokale Überhitzungen, hohe Gasraten innerhalb kurzer Zeiträume nach sich ziehen.
Das Buchholzrelais kann diese Fehler nicht unterscheiden.
Um eine effiziente Beurteilung dieser Fehler zu ermöglichen, ist es sinnvoll die Gasrate, also die Abhängigkeit der Gasentstehung von der Zeit, zu erfassen. Diese
